Master Services Agreement

1. Engineering Engagement
By accessing this website and engaging with Blue Forge Engineering's consultancy or construction services, you agree to these Terms. Note that detailed structural, hydraulic, or operational services will be governed by a separate, signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) specific to your project.
2. Intellectual Property & Designs
All schematics, CAD blocks, hydraulic flow calculations, and proprietary chemical dosing protocols provided on this website or during initial consultations remain the intellectual property of Blue Forge Engineering. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or executed by third-party contractors without our express written consent.
3. Limitation of Liability
Information on this website is provided for general technical guidance. Blue Forge Engineering assumes no liability for structural or chemical failures resulting from the unauthorized application of our public guides. Professional engineering is highly contextual; never apply general formulas to specific load-bearing or chemical situations without formal consultation.
4. Telemetry and Remote Management
For clients utilizing our remote pool management services, you agree to maintain stable internet connectivity to the pump room. Blue Forge Engineering is not liable for chemical imbalances resulting from network outages that prevent automated dosing alerts from reaching our servers.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with international commercial law standards. Any disputes arising from website usage or preliminary consultations will be resolved via arbitration in our registered jurisdiction.
